so back back to the MAIN point of this very delayed post, about a week ago Joanna came over to bake. Yes, BAKE!!!!.

It was my 1st attempt to baking and I have to say, I'M A BORN BAKER

we made 2 trays of apple crumble and caramel custards. All with limited items. We did not have brown sugar, so we used normal sugar instead resulting to very-sweet desserts. Joanna put in double the amount of sugar needed for the caramel custards and it turned out quite good actually. We did not have sugar syrup so we used some coffee syrup instead. *smart thinking*. Oh and in replace of lime, Joanna used vinegar. her explanation
