I was going through Lionels blog and came across this whoever came up with it is pure genius.

I for one have my very rare moments where i follow mom to Polo Ground to have a run and because I'm not a crazy-ass-rich young lady, I'm stuck with only ONE Ipod , which sucks big time because it's a shuffle. which means you don't know what song is coming up and you can't get all "running" songs into one category. Which also means, you'll see me constantly pressing the "next button" to get to the proper running song which is extremely potong steam-ing.

This album is AWESOME!!!! and to add to it's awesome-ness, IT'S A CHRISTIAN ALBUM! I tried the album out while running today, it builds your "semangat" to run.

While running, something came to mind

"in everything you do, do it unto Him"
It's taken form somewhere in the bible.. i know it is.

so It's like you run, and you worship. *be fascinated*
