The event kick started with an amazing drum performance and the parade of the nations. Oh and i met the Kongs (aha,i miss spelt and called them the Kings) Pastor Cho Yonggi was the 1st speaker. He also said "I don't know about you but in Korea, man over 60 aren't allowed to do anything without their wife's approval" His teaching was rather deep. Not in the cool kind of way but in the * you really have to pay full attention to understand what his talking about* way. And he talks in this very strong Korean accent so I couldn't get what he was trying to say at times. It's like saying "Kimchi" over and over again and somewhere in the middle, you add the word "Jesus" inside. He even thought us Korean "I'm going to teach you a very common Korean word today" "It's something we all use and say everyday" "Okay.. everyone say it with me now... " "HALLEULUIAH" "Yes that's right, everyone speaks Korean in heaven" We got the hall pass for the 1st day of a conference which was awesome cause if we didn't have it, we'd have to wait in like for like hours and still not be guaranteed a place in the hall. I hear the main hall itself can sit up to 10,000 people. BTW the stage lighting and effects are the top of the world in City Harvest. They even have that things where fire comes out from the stage. I wonder whether any of the singers hairs every go ton fire. Or their clothes. Imagine them singing *fire.. falll down... fire fall down...* then *kabooom* the lead singers hair is on fire. HAHAHHAHA. ah, i crack myself up at times. On the second day, A.R Benard spoke. And I'm not stupid, but his things are like.. deep. Like really really deep. Like think Titanic. And he has all these points with long words that I had to keep Google-ing and I look over to the delegates from China, and they seem to understand every word. -_- Throughout this conference, we are given slots to chose 6 electives out of the MANY provided. I chose creative teaching by Steve Munsey This man brought a whole new meaning to Teaching. I mean he's the best example of a christian drama queen (and i mean this in the nicest way). It's like non stop action with this guy. I heard that he brought an aquarium into his church, filled it up and preached inside in with once. Another one of my choices was by Jill Lowe. I think the picture says it all. It was beyond enjoyable, I learnt what colors match my skin, which specs to wear.. and urm.. what kind of panties are best for me. (hush) That night we didn't show up early enough so we got put into the overflow hall, which is also btw SUPER big. And it was kind of a blessing in a way because the True Worshipers were playing and THEY ARE AWESOME! Phil Pringle spoke that night. Did you know he paints?? Cause I didn't. And his paintings are pretty good. Like good, contemporary ish good We got to go into the main hall again on the 3rd day (wheepe-di-do-da). True Worshipers were playing again. The Crowd from where I was seated The Tan sisters were just 4 rows in front of us the whole time and we didn't even see them -_- Reinhard Bonkee spoke. He's the funniest of all but has the greatest testimonies The conference in all was a good but tiring one. I would give it a 7/10. I'm really grateful that I got to see all these great preachers all at once. And they said that this might be Cho Yonggi's last trip overseas. So yeah. grateful. And I'm in the middle of The Lion King 1 1/2 (it's all about Timon and Pumba this time). SUPER CHIO. "Hi I'm Timon" "Hi I'm, Pumba" "Seriously?" So, watch it
