![]() I went to Seremban sometime in March *wide grins* only reason why I'm putting this up is because i know half of my readers haven't step foot into seremban =) Highlights of the trip: The Ostrich Farm(there are many many REAL ostriches) ![]() It was hot and smelly and filled with flies. What surprised me was I thought the farm was going to be filled with ostrich shit but there was none. It's like ostriches don't shit!! ![]() I got to stand on an ostrich egg. It's big and round. If you use it for those Easter egg painting competitions, guarantee win.... ![]() There was some ostrich ride thing. If the whole thing about having a "next life" thing is real, I don't want to be an ostrich in my next life. They have so much dandruff. And like their feathers come out so easily. Like I don't want to be some botak ostrich. ![]() It's like some how-to-make-glass-look-pretty-thing. Didn't quiet enjoy it until I found this... ![]() I'll leave this for your imagination to wonder............. Siew Pau Factory My siew pau testimony I never liked siew pau. It looked like those typical Chinese pastries that would make you galloping for water right after eating them. And inside there was pork. Yuck I hate pork. Pigs are dirty. I went into the factory thinking I'd be surrounded by pigs. But surprise surprise!!!! There was some cooking class set up for us instead. So..... you roll up some dough, put in the fillings in the middle ![]() ![]() and because I have this huge ego problem, i refused to let ANYONE eat the siew pau that I made. I forced myself to eat my self-made siew pau. And From then on... SIEW PAU and I are ONE. But then again, maybe the only reason why it tasted so good is because I made it. Some Fruit Orchard The only highlight was this conversation I heard between a mother and her small son *as we entered the fruit orchard* "Remember the story books that we always read? Well, THIS IS THE JUNGLE...." Picture of the day : ![]() -cross your heart and hope to die- ![]() Labels: travel 2 lovely comments ✿ |
